Instructional Designer

Michelle McCrory is a highly motivated, creative Learning Experience Designer/Instructional Designer who uses all kinds of digital mediums and learning platforms and has established skills in all aspects of graphic design. She works extremely well with minimal supervision and masters new things with tenacity, innovation, and a growth mindset.

She has collaborated with stakeholders and subject-matter experts from national and global locations to deliver engaging training assets in a rapid development environment. She is known for taking the initiative to research and creatively apply the latest trends and best practices in content creation, adult learning principles and instructional design. Michelle enjoys providing and receiving constructive feedback in a team setting, and willingly takes on problem solving and leadership roles.
