Originally from Northern France, Justine brings a unique international perspective to her work as a bilingual instructional designer. She has resided in various vibrant cities, including Chicago, Illinois, and currently calls Toronto, Ontario, Canada, her home.

With a strong passion for education and a deep understanding of the intricacies of language, Justine excels at designing instructional materials for learners in both French and English. Her experience as an international educator has equipped her with valuable insights into effective teaching methodologies for both adult learners and younger students.

Justine holds a master's degree in French as a second language, a bachelor's degree in education, and a bachelor's degree in literature. Her academic journey has fostered a keen interest in leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), psychology, and holistic well-being, encompassing mental and physical health.

With over 15 years of experience, Justine has honed her expertise in creating tailored content that meets the unique needs of learners and drives successful business outcomes. She is dedicated to enhancing learners' productivity in the workplace and is driven by her belief in the untapped potential within each individual.

Combining innovative design principles with meaningful content, Justine strives to deliver e-learning experiences that not only captivate learners but also leave a lasting impact.
