Ben Smith

A world traveler who has worked in Adult Education for nearly two decades, Ben has had the privilege of working and living on three different continents while teaching English and managing teams that create and deliver learning content both in the classroom and online. He is not ashamed to admit that although he has lived in five different countries during this period, he still makes faux pas when abroad and advises those new to international travel that honest mistakes are easily forgiven by those in the host countries.

Originally from Central Pennsylvania and a graduate of Temple University with a B.A. in English Language and Literature, Ben currently resides in Madrid, Spain with his wife and son, where he works as the Director of a Culture and Language Program for a Cultural Institution that promotes collaboration between the United States and Spain through educational initiatives.
